User Review Verification Policy
Last updated: April 2026
Skrumble is committed to ensuring that all published user reviews come from genuine users of the crypto platforms being evaluated. This policy describes how we verify submissions before publishing.
1. Verification methods
For each submitted review, we may request one or more of:
- A redacted screenshot of the user's account on the platform.
- A redacted transaction confirmation showing the user has used the platform.
- An email from the user's registered platform email confirming the review.
Sensitive details (account numbers, balances, names) may be blurred or hidden by the user before submission.
2. Internal review
All verification documents are reviewed exclusively by our internal editorial team. We do not share verification documents with the platform being reviewed or with any third party.
3. Standards
- We reject reviews that contain personal attacks, defamatory content, or unsupported allegations.
- We reject reviews that read as paid promotional content or coordinated negative campaigns.
- We may edit for clarity but never to change the substance of a review.
4. Aggregate ratings
We only display an aggregate user rating when we have at least one verified review. We do not display fabricated or inflated counts.
